- RTross thompsonFeb 5, 20241.0Shocking staff member! I think possibly the only male that works there, older gentleman, every interaction I have had with him , he has been obnoxious, dismissive and down right rude. I tried to post a parcel today - 45x30x40cm and 10kg (well under the Royal Mail medium parcel guidelines) and before I’d even put it on the scales ‘we can’t send that’ was my greeting. I explained it was a return item that had arrived via Royal Mail and he dismissed it again saying it’s too big. It’s not the first time I’ve had run ins with this man, he once told me it wasn’t his job to send parcels when I had 4 returns to make? I’m usually quite passive but this person should not be in a customer facing role! My advice, use any other post office or courier. Would give zero stars if I could
